Na Tal Estrela
an almost scientific fiction
On Christmas night, after receiving her gifts, Rita doesn't let her siblings play with her new toys and, as a result, is sent to her room to sleep as punishment. That night she dreams that she reaches a star she watches every day from her window and discovers that its inhabitants are smaller than her, fluffy and full of fur. Rita is amazed and immediately wants to play with those new friends! However, they don't let her, explaining to her that on that star no one is allowed to play except alone and that helping others is strictly forbidden. Rita becomes very sad upon realizing that playing alone is not as fun as sharing play with others and vows to herself never to be selfish again with her siblings or with anyone. Little by little, through a series of misadventures and adventures, Rita convinces those beings to live in a much more joyful way in a spirit of mutual aid.
